Refund Policy

Refunds & Returns

If you request a refund after your order has been dispatched, the shipping cost (to and from the destination) will be deducted, and the remaining amount returned. This applies to both UAE and international orders.

In UAE, shipping is a complimentary service but if the product is returned for reasons other than manufacturing defects and transit damage, it is an expense and will be deducted. 

Eligible Refunds

We only offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Broken Products – If you receive a perfume bottle that is broken or damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a refund.

  • Incorrect Item Received – If you receive the wrong product, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

  • For eligible refund requests, we will process the refund using the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow 4 to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times may vary based on your financial institution. 

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, cancellations cannot be processed.
